These terms govern your use of the BadlapurCity app and related services operated by ACWS Global.
Eligibility and accounts
Self-service registration is currently available to users aged 18 or over. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Local information
Listings, schedules, directions, prices and community information may change. Verify important details directly with the relevant organization, especially health, emergency, government and travel information.
User contributions
You retain rights in content you submit and grant BadlapurCity permission to host, display, moderate and distribute it for operating the service. Submit only lawful, accurate content that you are authorized to share. Unverified and verified labels are distinct and do not constitute a guarantee.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit spam or deceptive listings, misuse personal data, evade security controls, scrape the service, upload malicious code, infringe rights, or use the app for unlawful or unsafe conduct.
Moderation
We may review, restrict, reject, suspend or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. You may use the available support or grievance process to challenge a decision.
Third-party services and advertising
The app may open maps, calls, websites, advertisements and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Paid or featured placement is identified separately and does not automatically mean a listing is verified.
Account deletion
You can submit an account-deletion request from Settings or your profile. Some records may be retained or anonymized where required for security, disputes, fraud prevention or law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that community-provided information is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
